Trained at the Disney Culinary Institute, Ryan Borchelt has honed his skills in a variety of positions at various Disney facilities, as Sous Chef and Executive Chef at The Lamb Inn in London, Executive Sous Chef at Biaggi’s in Fort Wayne, at The Plaza Bistro in Sonoma where he shared Executive Chef duties, and as the manager and Executive Chef of The Midtown Grill in Indianapolis.
